ARC Informatique has been appointed distributor of Network Vision's IntraVue. This will be marketed under ARC's PcVue Solutions software suite and available worldwide through ARC's subsidiary and distribution network.

IntraVue simplifies the task of supporting industrial devices over Ethernet networks by addressing common industrial communication problems and enabling non-IT personnel to locate faults and maintain uptime. Faults such as:

  • Intermittent communication loss caused by vibrations, ground faults, or EMI interference
  • Device lock-ups from power failures or high temperature,Duplicated IP or MAC addresses
  • Connecting failure (cable crushed, cut, burned or simply disconnected)
  • Identify the source of bandwidth problems

With the expansion of Ethernet technology to PLCs and other devices, many companies are struggling to maintain industrial Ethernet networks. With over 300 installations Worldwide, IntraVue has been selected by major end users such as General Motors, Krones, Audi and St-Gobain Emballage.

IntraVue provides local resources and maintenance personnel with the ability to address basic problems and be better informed to assist network experts if required. IntraVue is a tool developed specifically for individuals responsible for the support of network equipment and the IP addressable devices connected to it.

ARC Informatique's corporate strategy continues to develop with the addition of IntraVue under the PcVue Solutions brand. IntraVue is a significant piece of this strategy and has been integrated into the flagship product PcVue SCADA as well as being used in standalone applications.
