With the introduction of the new MCA 20 and 22 models, Lenze is increasing the upper power range of its asynchronous servo motors from the previous range of 0.8-20kW to 31.5kW. The new motors are protected to IP54 and are CE, GOST and cURus certified.
Key features include high torque and dynamic performance in a compact design. The motors are available with surface and internal cooling. Large roller bearings with high-temperature-resistant grease, together with a reinforced insulation system, result in a long service life and high availability, even under intense stress.
Various flange and shaft designs provide for versatile mounting and therefore easy integration of the motors in various applications.
Lenze also offers a comprehensive modular range of gearboxes that can be combined directly with the motors. Friction-type connections also guarantee zero backlash for stringent dynamic requirements. For the most demanding applications - for example, in handling technology and robotics - the MCA motors can be combined with servo planetary gearboxes from Lenze's GPA series. A wide range of rotary transducers and brakes is available to meet all specific requirements. Standardised system cables and a simple connection system help to reduce installation time.
