Atlas Copco at Offshore Europe 2013: sustainable productivity

Specific product features will be ATEX-zoned, oil-free rotary screw compressors, air quality products, such as air and gas dryers, and standard/custom built-nitrogen generators which, together with compressors, boosters and generators, are available either for purchase or on short or long-term hire through Atlas Copco Rental.

Adding this year to the company's product offering to the oil, gas and power generation sector, Atlas Copco has acquired the business of US-based Rapid-Torc, whose specialisation is in the development and marketing of hydraulic torque wrenches, bolt tensioners and related accessories for high-torque applications.

For operators' peace of mind and production uptime, there will be details of the company's Compressor Technique Service maintenance and parts operation which offers over 30 years' experience in onshore and offshore support from trained engineers located throughout the world - a service available 24/7, 365 days a year to implement tailored service plans ranging from preventative maintenance to total responsibility support level.

There will be an opportunity also to learn about Atlas Copco Systems' bespoke engineered products. These are customised and skid-packaged compressed air and gas systems designed to meet the specific operational needs, environmental conditions and demanding applications within worldwide energy, industrial power and petrochemical markets. End products are modular "plug and play' packages, developed and assembled from Atlas Copco Compressors' standard range of compressed air and generator equipment, then custom built and shipped with all components, such as air treatment, receivers and control systems, assembled on a single base frame for integration with offshore or onshore process installations.

In addition, visitors to the show can discover more about Atlas Copco's Triple ISO accredited Rental Division, which supports the energy sector 24/7 internationally with services, specialist products and experienced competent personnel, from upstream market applications all the way to the renewable energy sector. With significant new innovative fleet investments, Atlas Copco Rental is now better placed than ever before to service customers internationally as a one-solution provider.

A further show attraction will be the opportunity for stand visitors to participate in an interactive game with a chance to win prizes.
