Bolstered sector support from Siemens Industry

This strengthening of the company's sector-driven structure will enable further bespoke support for individual industries addressing distinct requirements in areas of industrial technology, in particular automation and drive technology solutions.

The focus sectors benefiting from a bolstered team of specialists are water, led by Andrew Reeks; food and beverage, led by Mark Jackson; chemicals, led by Sean McDonagh; pharmaceuticals, led by Alan Johnston; glass and solar led by Steve Martin; and automotive, which sees Stuart Moran at the helm.

Sector heads will explore growth potential in the vertical markets across the UK, with a view to bringing intelligence to the entire product development and production process and adding value to users. In doing so, the strategy will also strengthen and expand the technology-based service business.
