B&R industrial PCs named best product at Slovakian show
At the recent 14th International Engineering Fair in Nitra, Slovakia, the APC620 series industrial PCs from B&R were presented with 'Award of the Fair' for best product.
The main criteria in the international innovation competition, in which 27 companies took part, were technical sophistication, innovation, originality, design, and performance - as well as ecological/economic aspects. With the APC, B&R has once again demonstrated its high level of innovation. This is the tenth international award for the B&R industrial PC.
B&R claims its APC620 is currently the most innovative industrial PC on the market. Key features include fan-free operation, compact design, and a low price. The APC's integrated Intel Pentium M processors provide high performance, displays can be mounted at distances of up to 160m from the IPC, and all necessary interfaces are provided onboard to deliver a high level of flexibility for machine builders.
