Brainboxes named Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

Brainboxes has been recognised by Microsoft for demonstrating technical excellence of the highest quality and consistency and awarded its Gold Partner Status. This is the highest level attainable in the Microsoft Partner Programme.

The company has been a Microsoft Certified Partner for a number of years and recently saw an opportunity to upgrade its membership through the continual improvements that it has made to its products, services and experience.

Stephen Evans, MD of Brainboxes, comments: "We are very proud to have achieved this level of partnership with Microsoft. What is particularly rewarding are the endorsements that we received from seven of our top customers that were contacted by Microsoft regarding their experiences and application uses of Brainboxes' products."

Trusted advice

Karl Noakes, director of the Partner Development Group at Microsoft, says: "Customers are looking for partner companies that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities. They need to trust in someone that can act as an expert adviser for their long-term strategic technology plans. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, which have certified expertise and direct training and support from Microsoft, can build a positive customer experience with our technologies. As a Microsoft Gold partner, Brainboxes can offer its customers the reassurance of a truly professional organisation with the backing of Microsoft's resources."

The Microsoft Partner Programme was launched in December 2003 and represents Microsoft's ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The programme offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognises partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers more value to help partners' businesses be successful.

This coveted accreditation requires partnered companies to meet the stringent technical specifications of Widows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) - software drivers that are designated 'Designed for Windows' operating systems. Brainboxes hardware products are supplied with Microsoft signed drivers to operate in Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 64bit, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista.
