Brüel & Kjær launches online store
Brel & Kjr is launching a new online store for the United States market. Customers in the US are now able to purchase selected products from the company's range of handheld instruments, transducers, small shakers and sound sources.
The online store (store.bksv.com) will supplement Brel & Kjr's established sales channel with the convenience of 24/7 online access. Customers can browse product specifications or chat online with sales experts who are available to answer questions live. The online store also facilitates download and activation of software purchases and allows customers to track order delivery and review purchase history. In addition to credit card payment, the store offers additional payment options including existing corporate accounts.
Commenting on the launch, Patrick Quin, Brel & Kjr EMS - Online Sales Manager, says: "This is an important part of widening our reach and increasing accessibility to our products. Some customers will value credit card purchases and for others it will greatly simplify repeat orders. The online store also helps customers with complex purchase processes who can build an online cart, review the total price and save it.
