Cable carrier offers more space for cables and hoses

The UA1995 cable carrier from Kabelschlepp Metool provides plenty of space for all types of cables and hoses. It has an inner height of 80 mm and inner widths between 85 and 250 mm, with up to 600 mm available on request, while featuring all the popular benefits of the UNIFLEX Advanced all-rounder series.

With machines having to offer more and more functions today, the number of dedicated cables and hoses is also increasing steadily. Kabelschlepp Metool says the UA1995 is the answer to this development. With large interior space, the cable carrier can take on any challenge in machine manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing and for gantries and beam applications.

For easy installation of cables and hoses, the UA1995 is available in a version that opens on both sides – in addition to the closed variants and the designs opening inwards and outwards. And because time is money, the design engineers also ensured that assembly is as easy as possible: The four-part chain links are space-saving for storage and transport and can be easily installed on site.

The cable carrier also features very smooth running, low wear, and a smoother surface. The cable carrier is equipped with universal end connectors made of sturdy plastic, with a strength comparable to that of aluminium. Tongues at the contact point additionally improve the strength and allow for better introduction of forces. The short pitch of 99.5 mm offers optimum smooth running.
