Camozzi extends UK assembly service to cover additional product

Camozzi Automation has cut lead times for the newest, technically advanced valve island solutions. It’s doing this by extending UK assembly services to include the Series D, Size 2, multipole configurations.

Les Brogden, Camozzi Automation head of UK sales says: “We recognise the impact extended or unpredictable lead times can have on design engineers. This is why we are now stocking the specific components in the UK for rapid delivery.”

Camozzi Automation’s Series D comes in four different sizes. Size 2 is intended for applications with compact dimensions and high flow rates. Besides being a control solution, the Series D also collects and processes data in real time. The processing occurs within the device using Camozzi’s CoilVision technology.

After processing, a remote user interface displays a colour-coded warning to indicate when a component is worn and needs replacing. This predictive and preventative measure ensures users can replace the component before it breaks, to prevent costly machine downtime.

The Camozzi UK assembly service enables design engineers to plan their projects with confidence. The extension of their service removes a variety of variables affecting lead times, including any delays due to international shipping.
