Originally designed to meet the latest requirements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, Cap Coder has also developed its own Torque Testing Head. Featuring a ‘live’ torque readout, it has the ability to measure all prevailing torque parameters at the point of contact, whether tightening or loosening on a machine function. It uploads the data either as a CSV or US Digital Signature Compliant file, providing OEMs with permanent record keeping. The company points out that its entire range of Cap Coder capping machines can be integrated with this function.
