Cap Coder Ltd

Based in rural Oxfordshire, Cap Coder is a family owned and run business that has been designing and manufacturing machines for filling, labelling, capping and coding for 43 years

Cap Coder’s expertise in machine building encompasses the widest variety of machines for filling, labelling, capping and coding. The company lays claim to significant experience in building machines for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, e-cig and vaping sectors amongst more.

Originally designed to meet the latest requirements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, Cap Coder has also developed its own Torque Testing Head. Featuring a ‘live’ torque readout, it has the ability to measure all prevailing torque parameters at the point of contact, whether tightening or loosening on a machine function. It uploads the data either as a CSV or US Digital Signature Compliant file, providing OEMs with permanent record keeping. The company points out that its entire range of Cap Coder capping machines can be integrated with this function.

CapCoder is Accredited by PPMA, UKCA and BMTRADA. The company is also ISO9001 2015 Accredited.
