UKIVA publishes 2019 conference programme

The Conference programme for the UKIVA Machine Vision Conference and Exhibition, which takes place on Thursday 6 June 2019 at the Marshall Arena, Milton Keynes, features 57 seminars across eight different technology-themed presentation theatres. The programme covers a number of high profile technology themes with many of the underlying technologies appearing across several of these theatres.

Flir Systems makes strategic investment in DroneBase

Flir Systems and DroneBase, Inc. recently announced that Flir has made a strategic investment in DroneBase, a global drone operations company that provides businesses access to one of the largest Unmanned Aerial Surveillance (UAS) pilot networks. The investment establishes Flir as the exclusive provider of thermal products and as the official small UAS thermal imaging training provider for the DroneBase enterprise pilot network through the Flir Infrared Training Center (ITC).
