BOGE launches next-generation screw compressor

BOGE is launching its next-generation C-2 screw compressor. The C-2 boasts a wide output range from 11 to 22kW, which makes it versatile for many diverse applications. The machine comes in both belt- and direct-drive options with optional frequency controllers, air receivers and dryers.

Compression latches with convenient quarter-turn operation

EMKA is promoting its range of compression locks, available for immediate delivery and installation to an ever-widening range of applications. Typically, modular compression latches/locks fit the same format as quarter-turns, but with the addition of another 90 degree turn they offer a substantial extra pull-down on the gasket (usually 6mm) providing enhanced sealing security up to IP69K. The compression mechanism itself confers the further major benefit of vibration resistance - so mitigating against nuisance opening on vibration-prone installations such as specialist vehicles and HVACR systems.

Self-checking temperature sensor improves reliability

For processes where accurate temperature control is essential and deviations could have costly implications, the new TCC self-checking temperature sensor from ifm electronic provides an invaluable added level of assurance.
