Helicoil Smart's tang bends out of the way after installation

Bollhoff has launched an all-new version of its legendary Helicoil threaded insert. Known as Helicoil Smart, it becomes the first new design unveiled by the company since the launch of its highly successful tang-free version of Helicoil in 2010. Unlike traditional inserts that have a tang that has to be broken off after installation, the new Helicoil Smart has a tang that is bent out of the way so screws can pass right through.

New IP65 door enclosures with solid or transparent doors

BCL Enclosures is launching a new range of IP65-rated door enclosures that are dust-tight and able to be washed down, so suit environments such as food processing and others where there may be a high degree of airborne particulates. Available with solid or transparent doors in a wide range of sizes, the BED Series is also flame retardant to UL94V-HB.
