Clipline Combi connectors for DIN-mounted pluggable terminals

Phoenix Contact is launching the Combi range of plug connectors, a modular 'plug-and-play' system that is available in three connection technologies: screw, spring and IDC. Combi is the latest addition to the Clipline Complete System and, like the other Clipline Complete accessories, the Combi connectors plug into any DIN-mounted pluggable terminal blocks, regardless of the connection technology.

The Combi connectors provide maximum flexibility by using the same plug-in zone in all basic terminal blocks, whatever the connection technology. The standard plugs (UP, SP, QP) feature the wire exit on top, while plugs with screw and spring-cage technology (UPBV, SPV) feature additional plugs with side wire exit.

Standardised bridging, marking and testing accessories are available. Users can choose between two options for wire entry: the space-saving top entry, or the low-profile side entry. Combi connectors allow for quick change or replacement in plug-and-play applications. Plugs are available in pre-assembled position sizes or individually for self-assembly, enabling users to meet their application requirements.
