Compact PC 4 series headers for automated reflow soldering

To enable a high level of automation in production, Phoenix Contact offers a compact header in the form of the PC 4 series. With a pitch of 6.35 mm, the space-saving PC 4 header takes up little room. It thus enables particularly compact designs.

The THR header supports a reflow soldering process. Automated assembly can reduce production costs. The product is optionally available in tape-on-reel packaging. The enhanced touch protection in accordance with IEC/UL 61800-5-1 on the header and connector provides extra safety. PC 4 is available in 2- to 6-pos. versions. Currents up to 24 A are possible. The series also has unlimited 600 V UL approval.
