Compact pump is quiet, reliable and versatile

Technically similar to standard models while having fewer components and a lower price, it can be matched with a small motor to replace vibration pump units but is claimed to offer much higher performance and extremely long service life. Furthermore, the pump - which measures just 49 x 75 x 86mm - can be installed in any position.

These self-priming rotary vane pumps are offered with five flow rates from 50-270 litres/min at 1400rpm and with or without normal or balanced bypass featuring easily accessed adjustment to simplify user-setting of the maximum pressure.

An optional built-in 100 mesh stainless steel filter removes particles as small as 150 microns to help ensure a long service life. Extended working life is further ensured by self-lubricating internal components with low start-up torque and a one-piece polished stainless steel rotor shaft.

Extremely easy to install, the motor has a threaded cap that gives excellent sealing and easy maintenance. The pump has an 18bar maximum working pressure and handles fluids up to 50degC as standard or 90degC on request.
