consultants and machinery end users. The software uses a series of checklists to support risk assessments and compliance with relevant legislation in the United Kingdom and European Union. In particular, it simplifies the CE marking and UKCA marking processes for machinery, as well as helping purchasers conduct compliance audits. In addition, COMPLIANCE has checklists for compliance with the Low-Voltage Directive and PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations).
