Connector website speeds access to design data
ITT has launched a new connector website (www.ittcannon.com) to provide designers and customers with comprehensive information and design know-how. The completely redesigned site focuses on the company's industry-leading brands, namely Cannon, VEAM, and BIW.
Easy-to-use navigation enables users to search by product, brand or market, while a Design Centre hosts an array of application notes, technical papers and product demonstrations in Macromedia Flash format. An enhanced product specification page also provides a wealth of information such as tooling, assembly instructions, military specifications, and drawings. All of the identified content is dynamically searchable from a search box at the top of every page.
Allison Turner, ITT Marketing Manager comments: "Not only does the new connector website offer customers a comprehensive design resource but it will continuously evolve with designers' requirements. For example, the ability to check distributor inventory will enable customers to source product as quickly as possible with the utmost flexibility."
By registering, designers and customers can keep up to date on all the latest products and developments. Military specifications are also dealt with in detail and a competitor cross-reference tool enables users to find replacement parts easily and quickly.
