Customisation service for enclosures and front panels
Rittal is launching a new modification service that enables customers to specify holes, cut-outs and engraving for adding to enclosures from the Rittal range. Based in a new facility at Rittal's UK headquarters in Rotherham, the service offers a five working day delivery on enclosures modified to customers' specifications using a state-of-the art machining centre.
Working with customer specifications, Rittal can assist with the production of design drawings that are then used to machine holes for switches, LEDs or connectors. Legends and logos can also be printed on the front face, if required, and standard panel finishes of clear anodising, or clear conductive alochrom for EMC panels, can be exchanged for coloured finishes, including paint or plastic film overlay. All Rittal front panels are fully RoHS-compliant.
