WITTENSTEIN will be exhibiting at Machine Building Live, with diverse products and solutions on show centring around cybertronic and mechatronic drive technology in the context of advancing digitalisation in all key industrial innovation segments.
Amongst the exhibits will be WITTENSTEIN alpha gearboxes. Thanks to cynapse, they are intelligent and communication-enabled, laying the foundation for Smart Services, new digital business models and innovative future technologies.
WITTENSTEIN's experts will also showcase products from the company's cyber motor range, which officially launched to the UK market in April. Products include the new, safety-certified cyber simco drive 2 servo drive with a PROFIsafe interface. The PROFIsafe interface makes an important contribution to the next-level safety architecture by reducing the complexity of the safety and control technology as well as the time and costs for commissioning and servicing AGVs.
And last but by all means not least, WITTENSTEIN Galaxie will be on show. With the maintenance-free Galaxie, WITTENSTEIN has re-envisioned the concept of mechanical gearing. The backlash-free Galaxie drive systems and gearboxes with hollow shafts achieve previously unimaginable performance data. These include extreme torque density, torsional rigidity, low synchronisation error, high positioning accuracy and absolute freedom from backlash. Compared to involute or cycloidal gear technology, the Galaxie technology enables maintenance-free backlash over its entire service life.
