The modular delta robot kit has been designed and developed for simple and automated pick-and-place, assembly and sorting tasks. It comes with a calibrating pin for easy positioning at the zero point and product pickup location. It is directly fixed to the mounting hub and simplifies the initial calibration process, providing a cost-effective and lightweight modular system.

Advantages of drylin delta robots include:

  • Lubrication-free and maintenance-free drylin W toothed belt axes
  • Pick rate of 60/min due to lightweight components made of plastic and aluminium
  • Workspace up to 360mm diameter
  • If required the robot can be pre-assembled, including transport frame or installation kit
  • Precise positioning due to motors with encoders
  • Adapter plate for connection to T-slot profiles
  • Optional safe cable guidance for multi-dimensional movements with e-chain TRC.30/TRE.30 triflex R series
  • Possibility of adaptation

Whether launching a new product or replacing outdated controls on an existing product, Step Design's engineering team works closely with customers to tailor robotic control packages to suit the hardware. The components of the control packages, which consist of software, signal generator, drive electronics, motors and accessories, can be mixed, matched and customised to drive almost any hardware.
