Dirak UK restructures and appoints new distributors

Dirak UK Ltd has undergone a structural transformation to meet the ever-changing needs of its UK customers, both large and small. Providing exceptional customer service, technical application support and quality products will continue to be the basic operating principles that have guided Dirak in the UK to date. Key Account Managers will be assigned to strategic accounts, and the Key Account Management Team will guide customers through the application design and product selection process to ensure that the right Dirak product is selected and cost targets are achieved.

In addition, a strong and experienced distribution network has been established and trained, and is prepared to provide localised customer service, inventory and delivery support.

Dirak UK authorised distributors are: FA Parkes (MBF) Ltd in Lancashire; FDB Panel Fittings in Isleworth, Middlesex; and QEF Global (UK) Ltd in Coatbridge, Scotland.

David Hayes, Key Account Manager, states: "We are now ideally positioned to continue to serve our UK customers and better structured to grow together into the future.
