Dirak unveils all-new website

Dirak is introducing a new global website with improved content, appearance and navigation. The new website is customer-driven, created from an in-depth understanding of what customers require from a global, technical website.

There are two platforms comprising the new website. A SuperStructure site serves as a corporate portal for the Dirak Group, allowing users to select their local regions and highlighting corporate news and events. The individual Country sites feature detailed product and technical information in the local language with region-specific content.

Udo Kemper, Director of Marketing, says: "Design engineers have told us that they need to quickly and easily choose the right Dirak product for their application"¦ on-line, anytime."

Many features can be found on the new website, including:

  • Multi-language capability. The SuperStructure site of the Dirak Group is available in English, German and Spanish. Individual country sites are available in US English, UK English, German and Spanish
  • A Product Search function allows users to find a product three different ways: Select Product Search and enter the product system number, or part number or word description; Industry Recommendation allows users to view and select products to satisfy specific industry requirements; Browse Products allows users to select from a product line of interest with additional features of that product easily available
  • A Technical Advice section provides a conversion feature to/from metric and English (Imperial) measurements, industry standards and white papers
  • With One-Click Sample Request users can request product samples to test in applications
  • A Download Centre provides CAD files, Options newsletters, catalogue pages and product literature
  • The What's New section features press releases on new product announcements, enhancements and company news

In addition to these new enhancements, users can navigate through the site and learn about Dirak's vision, mission and history; see where to find Dirak around the world; and the company's cost commitment to customers - all designed to make doing business with Dirak fast and easy.

Dirak is a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative, high-quality systems for latching, hinging and profile technology. Dirak products are sold and distributed globally through a network of authorised sales representatives.
