Dust extraction systems from Cees Fasteners

Cees Fasteners, a privately owned supplier of high quality fastenings, is delighted to announce its partnership in the UK with Italian Brush manufacturer, Simoni.

Simoni has been manufacturing brushes for some six generations since the company was founded in 1830. In recent decades the company has specialised in the design and implementation of technical brushes for industrial design or customer request. It has a standard range of dust extraction systems that can be added to any production line up to a maximum of 4000mm. The company is also able to produce standalone systems to individual customer requirements.

Marketing director Andrea Simoni commented: “Key features of Simoni are the great adaptability to the specific needs of the customer (both for large productions or for limited lots of complex brushes) and the ability to propose innovative solutions to customers through its own projects.

“The production department is based on the most modern technologies, to guarantee product quality, ensured by the fact that Simoni operates under the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001 - 2000 (certification obtained in 1999).”

Andrea also mentioned: “In recent years the company has diversified, offering the customer a partnership specialising in the treatment of surfaces, resolving issues broader than the case studies covered by industrial brushes.”

Chris Petts, managing director of Cees Fasteners, said: “We are very pleased to find an opportunity to work with Simoni. Their business has developed over recent times to become a partner of their customers proposing innovative solutions, which is very much the same as our own business philosophy. We are very excited about working with them and finding opportunities for them to help grow their business throughout the UK.”
