Elesa Ball Lock Pins - positive fixing made quickly and safely

Elesa's new GN 113 Ball Lock Pins are available in sizes and materials suited to fixing of vehicle parts and panels, work pieces and jig location, up to heavy duty use in temporary load-bearing situations such as lighting towers, staging, gantries, winch tripods and similar. In all cases the proven effectiveness of the ball lock pin design provides positive location with safety and speed of assembly.

All Elesa GN 113 series ball lock pins feature stainless steel pins and retaining balls in AISI 303, except the GN 113.8 which has higher grade AISI 630 for excellent shear strength. Glass fibre-reinforced polyamide handles come in fully circular, tri-lobe or bi-lobe designs with centre release push buttons and holes for retaining ring chains. Bi-lobe handles in particular are of value for use where space is at a premium, e.g. close to a bulkhead, clamps or other equipment.
