eloProg modular safety controller is easy to configure

The eloProg base module is a standalone safety controller with built-in I/O that can be used as an individual device, but also enables further expansion with additional local or remote I/O modules. This approach has several advantages, particularly with modular machinery. There are a number of eloProg I/O module configurations that enables the safety control system designer to optimise the use of I/O.

eloProg specifications

elobau eloProg safety controllers operate from 24V DC and have a maximum switching voltage of 250V AC or 30V DC, and a maximum switching current of 6A. The base unit comes with eight safe inputs, two safe outputs, four test outputs, two control outputs and two EDM inputs. The eloProg base module and expansion modules can be used with a variety of I/O devices, including emergency stop switches, safety sensors, guard switches, safety light curtains, laser scanners and two-hand controls.

eloProg is safety rated to SIL 3, PL e and safety category 4, and is UL approved.
