Eriks has acquires Erich Haagen GmbH
Eriks has acquired 100 per cent of the shares of Erich Haagen GmbH in Itzehoe (Hamburg) with effect from 1 October 2011.
Erich Haagen GmbH sells a wide range of high-quality equipment, components and services, mainly in the fields of bearing technology, power transmission, sealing and maintenance products. The company predominantly serves the industrial market for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), generating annual sales of EUR1.8million. The acquisition is fully in line with Eriks' strategy of expanding its activities with new product lines and further expanding its local presence in Germany. The company's activities have been integrated in the existing Eriks Germany regional Service Centre structure as from 1 October 2011.
