Eriks wins major contract from British Gypsum

Eriks Integrated Solutions, which is part of Eriks UK, has been awarded a multi-million-pound, five-year contract by British Gypsum, a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of gypsum-based plastering and drylining products. The contract is for the provision of dedicated procurement, inventory control and stores management services at five production sites across the UK, and will help British Gypsum improve still further the efficiency and productivity of its operation, while reducing both waste and cost.

British Gypsum supplies a wide range of specialised building products that are used throughout the construction industry in residential, commercial and public sector buildings. Central to the continued success of the company's business is its long-term World Class Manufacturing programme. This sets out to achieve the highest possible standards of product quality, delivery and customer support, with the best employee safety and working conditions, minimum energy consumption and waste, and optimum cost control.
