Several new and updated guides and posters have been released during April and May 2009, so what follows is a roundup of these, together with links to more information about each.

Free guides for machine builders and system integrators

Murex Welding Products is giving away a free poster with useful tips for oxy-fuel gas welding. With its description of the process, techniques and preparation, it is excellent for display in workshops as a handy reference point for welding engineers.

Procter Machine Guarding was handing out free machinery safety CD-Roms at the recent Health and Safety Expo. Follow the link to find out how you can still obtain copies of the individual documents and software utilities on the CD.

Murex Welding Products' latest catalogue of arc and gas welding consumables contains a wealth of information on using consumables, effective storage and handling, health and safety, chemical compositions and a guide to calculating the consumption of consumables.
