Hand wheels for machine builders from Rencol Components

Rencol Components has been designing, manufacturing and supplying hand wheels since the 1950s. Today, Rencol’s range of handwheels includes injection moulded plastic hand wheels, stainless steel hand wheels and aluminium hand wheels.

A wide range of sizes is available from stock, with diameters from 80mm to 250mm, solid or spoked construction, and options for side handles in fixed, folding and rotating configurations.

While Rencol’s plastic handwheels are strong and durable, some machine builders will benefit from the extra strength and durability found in steel and stainless steel handwheels. Rencol’s pressed steel hand wheels are supplied with a machined bore and keyway, with custom bore and keyway sizes available on request.

Rencol has also developed a spoked aluminium control handwheel with side handle that is popular with machine builders for its strength, low weight and durability.

Low MOQs, substantial UK stock, CAD drawings and competitive pricing make Rencol an attractive supplier for may UK machine builders, and heavy machinery and construction equipment manufacturers.
