Harwin launches new information-rich website
Harwin has invested in a new platform for its popular website at www.harwin.co.uk to help design engineers find and select the right product for their projects far more quickly and easily. The new website's enriched content includes visual guides to connector mating and possible alternative products, 3D drawings of Harwin's popular ranges, including EZ-BoardWare, Datamate and Archer, plus many other features.
While the homepage and menu navigation system of the new Harwin website remain familiar to existing users, the new CMS-based platform has enabled Harwin's product marketing team to add to the amount of information available significantly. A major feature is the ability to access all the information on a product from one page. This in-depth product information includes not only dimensions, specification, construction details and materials, but also gives a visual guide to alternative, related and mating products to the one the design engineer is currently looking at. This should help designers choose the best product far more quickly, as it is no longer necessary to click through to other sections of the site. Another benefit of the new website is the ability to access additional technical resources including product training modules and videos.
