Hawco supplies Light Country switches to UK customers

Rocker switches can be supplied as single- or double-pole, single- or double-throw (changeover), momentary or centre-off types. Standard housings are manufactured in black PA6.6 material with a choice of black, red, amber, green or blue rockers and optional illumination. I/O markings are standard, but Hawco can also supply other symbols or leave the switches blank on request. Current ratings vary from 6A 250V AC/10A 125V AC up to 15A 250V AC/20A 125V AC depending on model type. Both rectangular and round profiles are available. Terminals can be quick-connect 6.3 x 0.8mm, 4.8 x 0.8mm, PCB or solder eyelets, usually in silver-plated brass. Soft PVC splash-proof IP54 covers can be supplied for most types and all models are snap-in assembly. 12V DC and 24V DC illuminated versions and gold-plated contact devices are available for low-voltage DC applications with small currents.

Pushbutton switches are also available in rectangular and round profiles. Single- and double-pole versions can be supplied illuminated or non-illuminated, with momentary or latching actions and in various colours with ratings up to 15A/250V AC, complete with Faston terminals, solder eyelets or flying leads. Various lower current PCB-mount types are also available from Hawco.

Matching signal lights

Signal lights are offered in snap-in rectangular profiles with red, amber, green or blue colours in black housings with the same dimensions to match the rocker switches. Therefore, they can be used on the same panels to ensure a consistent, symmetrical appearance.
