The HBM Genesis HighSpeed data acquisition system and transient recorder will be used alongside Perception software, in the test laboratory, as part of a complete system for acquiring electrical quantities.

The Genesis data acquisition instrument synchronously acquires both the currents and the voltages at the network connection points of wind turbines of up to 36kV with very high sample rates. Furthermore, the sophisticated design of the user interface, which is based on Perception data acquisition software, ensures ease of use, even of highly complex systems.

The measurement system's modular architecture also means the overall concept can be adapted to new customer requirements at any given time, making it both flexible and future proof.
