HepcoMotion participates in approximately 20 exhibitions annually across Europe and the UK and donates 5 to Cancer Research UK for each business card received during these events. HepcoMotion also contributes 5 for every customer who completes its customer service survey. Additionally, Hepco creates its own personalised Christmas cards instead of purchasing traditional cards, donating the equivalent amount to Cancer Research UK. These efforts have resulted in a remarkable donation totalling 18,500 in 2023 alone.
Kim Hammerton, Cancer Research UK fundraising spokesperson for Devon comments: "HepcoMotion has made a huge contribution to Cancer Research UK's work over the past 10 years and we are incredibly grateful for their on-going support. We're fighting over 200 types of cancer, and the unwavering dedication of HepcoMotion has helped drive forward research that is unlocking new, kinder, and better ways to beat it.
"Every day we see the benefits of work the charity has previously funded being realised, with new clinical trials opening and breakthroughs being reported. We want to say a heartfelt thank you to HepcoMotion for the incredible part they have played in our progress."
Gervase Forster, President of HepcoMotion, personally initiated the company's donation schemes to ensure ongoing support for CRUK. Gervase says: "At HepcoMotion, we are very proud to support Cancer Research UK's crucial mission to accelerate progress against cancer. Our dedication remains steadfast as we continue to champion this essential cause, striving towards a future where the threat of cancer is eliminated."
