High-temperature epoxy cures at room temperature

Master Bond EP33 is an epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature yet can be used for high-temperature applications. This two-component epoxy also delivers good physical strength; bond strengths can exceed 220kg/cm2 (3100psi) in shear, and this can be maintained even after exposure to temperatures in the range 205-235degC (400-450degF). Curing can be accomplished at room temperature or in as little as one hour at 95degC.

Master Bond Polymer Adhesive EP33 bonds well to similar and dissimilar substrates. Adhesion to metal, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent. It produces durable, high-strength and tough bonds that are remarkably resistant to thermal cycling, high radiation levels and chemicals - including water, oil and most organic solvents.

The hardened adhesive is an excellent electrical insulator, with superb dielectric performance. This combination of properties advocates EP33's use in the electronic, electrical, computer, construction, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical industries.

EP33 is available in premixed bi-packs and cartridge/gun packaging for convenient dispensing, as well as in standard pint, quart, gallon and 5-gallon containers.
