Hot oil pump can handle high temperature and high volume
Becktech is introducing a new Fluid-o-Tech hot oil pump for handling hot oil and other liquids up to 190degC, delivering a flow of up to 480L/hour at a viscosity of 650Cst. Viscosities can range from 22 to 1000Cst and speeds from 200 to 1750rpm.
This external gear pump has a new body shell made of cast iron. For easy access to the gears, a single end cap can be unscrewed. The pump can be dismounted by a single screw clamp. The pump can be positioned in any orientation in relation to the motor. Servicing is described as quick and easy. It is fitted with a Viton shaft seal for handling high temperatures.
The single phase F class motor contains the capacitor within in the terminal box. The pump, which complies with all safety directives, can be supplied as an OEM or can be retrofitted. Applications include deep fat fryers in the catering industry, where time and safety is paramount, also with lubrication oils on compressors, boiler fuel oil and many uses in foundries and other industries where hot liquids are used.
