Industrial monitor mounts: users reach for the sky

A new swinging arm monitor mount for heavier displays has been announced by Aldershot-based FATH Components

Said to offer users of industrial computers and data acquisition systems a number of advantages, FATH Components points out that a long suspension arm is a key feature of its new SKY 600 monitor arm. Further, the new arm has been specifically designed for use with heavier industrial monitors of between 6kg and 12kg. Users also benefit from a vertical or horizontal-face mounting facility which allows placement of the monitor just where operators need it without taking up valuable floor, desk or bench space.

The new SKY 600 features an industry-standard VESA MIS-D 75/100 compatible mounting plate, and stocks are already in place to allow 48 hour delivery for most orders.

The new monitor mount is one of a number of all-new products recently unveiled by FATH, taking the total choice of items now available in its line-up to more than 23,000.
