Innovation Award for VEGAFLEX GWR Sensor

VEGA Grieshaber were winners in the Innovation Award category "Process Measurement and Control Technology / Automation" with the new VEGAFLEX 82 guided wave radar sensor. The decisive factors for the jury's decision was the instrument's ease of use in combination with many new features. The automatic probe end tracking function that switches on automatically, if the level signal becomes unreliable, it uses a second parameter that is also proportional to the product level. The automatic false signal suppression was also a winning feature; it dynamically adapts to changes, such as heavy build up on the probe. Last but not least, were sensor improvements in the quick-start function, the memory that stores up to 100,000 readings, 500 events and 10 echo curves permanently with a real-time clock.
