Inovance Technology launches key automation products at SPS

Inovance Technology is attending SPS Nuremberg for the first time, where the company will be exhibiting its full portfolio of industrial automation products and launching three new products: the SV670 servo series, the Easy Series PLC, and the GL20 new generation I/O modules.

Inovance Technology Europe is the European arm of $3bn+ global industrial automation company Inovance. In 2021 alone, Inovance shipped three million servos, while LV AC drives made up 30% of sales. Inovance recently also hit two other key sales milestones: selling its 10,000th MV drive and 10,000th industrial robot.

Inovance’s comprehensive product range covers the whole package of industrial automation products, and also includes MV drives, HMIs, motion controllers, and CNCs, as well as EV drives. The newly launching products – the Easy PLC, the GL20 I/O modules, and the SV670 servo series – will offer new capabilities to Inovance customers.

The Easy Series PLC is a high performance, EtherCAT enabled PLC with a compact footprint. It is a complete product range from the simplest to the most complex motion control-capable PLCs, and also offers PLCopen compliant axis control. The GL20 extension modules are Inovance’s new generation I/O system, offering an ultra-fast response time. The system is compact in size, and the wiring requires no tools for installation. GL20 also recently won the IF Design Award 2022 for outstanding design.

The SV670 is an enhanced functionality compact servo series, which features a second encoder input for full closed loop operation, and can be equipped with an STO SIL 3 safety function and optional +24 VDC backup control supply input in all variants.

David Bedford Guaus, strategic marketing manager at Inovance Technology Europe, says: “We are very pleased to have arrived in Europe and to be serving the continent. We have hired many employees, kitted out multiple offices, and invested in comprehensive R&D facilities to serve our European customers.”
