Jetter has new management board
Another step within the process of restructuring Jetter AG is reshaping the management board. The members of the new management board share among themselves different areas of responsibility: Research & Development, Marketing & Sales, Innovations, Operations, as well as Finance & IT.
Christian Benz, the company's CEO says: "We have restructured various positions and filled them with experienced staff of many years' standing. The changes made on the management board of the company are a remarkable milestone within the process of reshaping Jetter AG. Both customers and employees will benefit from clear and efficient structures."
The newly set up management board consists of the following persons: Christian Benz as CEO, Gnter Eckert as CFO, and Joachim Kittelberger as head of R&D - he was formerly responsible for software development. Michael Feider, the former leader of product management, is now head of Marketing & Sales, while Steffen Schwips, the former head of development, is now responsible for Innovation. Last but not least there is Bernd Pruksch who is responsible for Operations.
Members of the Jetter AG Supervisory Board are Martin Jetter, founder of the company, and Stefan Dring, head of Group Development at Bucher AG. Chairman of the Board is Dr Michael Oltmanns.
The group-wide restructuring programme started by Jetter AG last year aims to focus the company on clearly defined market segments. Besides creating synergies of resources, the company's goal is creating customer benefit through market-oriented teams consisting of development, product management, sales and marketing specialists.
