Kuroda Jena Tec Holdings Ltd is the new name for Jena Tec

As part of this integration process, a revised and updated brand name and logo are being implemented to represent the company's global footprint, established shared manufacturing history and worldwide supply chain of precision components from both Kuroda and Jena Tec; this new identity will be introduced in mid-July 2013. There is no change to the company, trading or management structure, and the company will continue to service customers from existing European and USA facilities but this will be enhanced by the addition of precision products from Kuroda Japan.

Kuroda Precision Industries Ltd, with factories in Japan, China and Malaysia, is a long-established and successful manufacturer of ball screws, linear actuators, machines tools, press tools, gauging and tooling systems. Having a significant market presence in the Asian electronics and semiconductor market, Kuroda Jena Tec as a combined brand name presents significant customer benefits when combined with Jena Tec's experience in the machine tool, medical and automation sectors. In conjunction with the revised branding, Kuroda Jena Tec will be exhibiting at the forthcoming EMO show in September 2013 in Hannover, Germany with representatives from Europe and Japan available to meet customers and launch the new brand and product ranges.
