Laidler group acquired by TUV Product Service
TUV Product Service Ltd, a UK subsidiary of the TUV SUD group, has acquired the shares of the Laidler group of companies that specialises in machinery safety compliance. Operating from offices in Cleveland and Yorkshire, the Laidler group has consolidated sales of 2.6million and 30 employees.
Offering machinery safety consultancy services to a broad range of industries, Laidler has been growing at over 20 per cent per year over the last two years. The considerable collective experience of the Laidler Directors and their staff is utilised to help businesses find the most cost-effective and practical route to compliance with the EU Machinery Directive and associated health and safety legislation, as well as providing them with practical means of meeting these obligations.
