Leaf and washer thermocouples are rugged and versatile
Labfacility's rugged leaf and washer thermocouples provide accurate, responsive temperature sensing on external parts of machinery without disturbing the process. They can be fitted or re-located easily to provide maximum versatility.
The leaf thermocouple is located in a stainless steel shim 25mm long x 13mm wide; the sensitive, grounded measuring junction ensures a rapid response to temperature variations.
The washer thermocouple is housed in a stainless steel washer with a 6mm clearance hole; once again, a grounded measuring junction provides good sensitivity.
Both assemblies are supplied with 2m of silicone varnished, glass-fibre insulated extension lead, 7/0.2mm conductors and stainless steel overbraid.
The temperature rating of both assemblies is 350degC and they are available from stock from Labfacility.
