Lever indexing plunger uses "super" technopolymer

Elesa's PMT.200 series lever indexing plungers are suitable for most applications where stainless steel might otherwise be specified for its corrosion resistance, thus offering substantial cost savings.

Lever indexing plunger uses

The PMT.200 features Elesa's new "Super" technopolymer with increased strength for the body, lever and lock nut, plus either black oxide or stainless steel pin to suit application. "Super" technopolymer has a very high mechanical strength compared with other plastics, and in many instances is seen as an appropriate replacement to steel, especially in corrosive applications. This avoids the high cost of a stainless steel body assembly where the ultimate strength of stainless steel is not required. Sizes are M12 and M16 with body lengths of 17mm or 21mm.
