Line 10 aluminium profiles from Machine Building Systems
Machine Building Systems is introducing the Item Line 10 Aluminium Profile System. OEMs now have more options for optimising machine frame construction with the introduction of the series of seven new profiles based on a 50mm module. Extrusions range in size from 50x50 to 200x100mm, and all have 10mm T-slot grooves to accept heavy-duty fastenings.
Capable of withstanding tensile loads of up to 7000N, the anodised aluminium extrusions utilise the same type of high-strength fastener that has been the cornerstone of the Item machine construction system for over thirty years. The extrusions themselves have an enhanced profile cross-section to optimise the use of aluminium while retaining the familiar external shape and profile grooves.
Also available is a comprehensive range of accessories with which machine builders can construct heavy-duty assemblies, including components for the attachment of levelling feet and panels.
