MagnaChip RDS(ON) Power MOSFETs now at Diamond Electronics
Diamond Power Components is announcing the availability of a wide range of MOSFET devices from power semiconductor specialist MagnaChip Semiconductor. Located in South Korea, MagnaChip was spun out of an LG Semiconductor and Hyundai Semiconductor joint venture for power devices. MagnaChip uses its own wafer fabs to produce in excess of 130,000 8-inch wafers per month.
Having the full range of Power MOSFETs, MagnaChip has shipped over 200 million Superjunction MOSFETs from 500V to 800V with Rds(on) as low as 70 milliOhm. Other products in the range include highly competitive Low Voltage MOSFETs from 12V to 30V, 40V-150V Synchronous Rectification MOSFET (SR), 200V-700V High Voltage Planar MOSFETs, LED BLU drivers, IGBT and FRED modules between 600V-1200V and a growing 1200V Discrete IGBTs portfolio.
