R. A. Rodriguez is introducing standard steel micro spur gears from module 0.40 down to just 0.10, manufactured by KHK of Japan. The increasing miniaturisation of electronic components has led to the parallel demand for smaller engineering components such as micro gears for micro assembly, electronic and medical engineering, as well as model making.
KHK is said to produce one of the most extensive ranges of stock gear types and variants and has developed its size range down as well as up. Its latest introduction is a new series of standard micro spur gears from module 0.40 down to module 0.10.
These steel gears are manufactured to JGMA 3 precision grade and are available in three design variants to suit different applications. If the standard miniature range cannot meet the need, custom micro gears can also be specified.
All KHK gears, stock and custom, are available via the manufacturer's European master distributor R. A. Rodriguez. Follow the link for more information about micro spur gears and other KHK gears.
