Elesa's new GN822 indexing plungers save space and cost. The smallest model is just 26.5mm long and with a knob diameter of just 21mm; if slightly larger dimensions are required, there are other models available up to 34mm long by 25mm diameter.
Fitment is simple: pulling back the plunger knob reveals a hex head and M8 or M10 thread suitable for mounting even in thin sheet metal of 3.5mm or 4mm.
An AISI 303 stainless steel plunger provides accurate positioning, while the knurled polymer knob offers a safe and solid grip during operation. The GN822 is available in two versions - without rest position and with rest position (achieved by a pull and 30-degree twist action). Black oxide steel bushings are also available to space the plunger when installed on thin sheet.
