MiniTec acquires FMS company Profi-Team

A new company, MiniTec Espana SL, has been formed to provide sales and support for all of the MiniTec group products to the Spanish and South American markets and to provide a manufacturing base and technical centre for the worldwide sales of Profi-Team products through MiniTec's manufacturing plants in seven countries and sales partners in over thirty countries.

The acquisition will add strength and depth to MiniTec's UK and worldwide presence with the ability to provide an even broader range of products and systems for machine builders and OEMs. In addition to its Profile System and Linear System machine building components and systems, MiniTec UK Ltd will also be able to provide fully integrated flexible manufacturing systems as well as belt, chain and roller conveyor based assembly and test lines built to customer specifications.
