MiniTec UK to exhibit profile solutions at MACH 2022

Conveyor system, rotating tables, workstations and iCAD Assembler station and much more will be on show

At MACH 2022, the UK’s biggest event for the manufacturing industry, which runs at the NEC, Birmingham from 4-8 April, MiniTec UKon Stand 20.361 – will showcase its engineering expertise, including its MiniTec Aluminium Profile System.

The company supports businesses with bespoke industrial solutions based on its aluminium profile system, with thousands of components and minimum assembly time. Visitors to Stand 20.361 will be able to see examples of the profile system and request samples, as well as ask members of the team about the design and manufacturing services MiniTec UK provides to help business increase efficiency.

Thousands of components

MiniTec is a modular system, comprised of standard profiles. “There are thousands of components to ensure maximum design flexibility,” it states. “Engineering requirements are minimised, because of the range of standard elements, CAD software and the patented Powerlock fastener to set up or dismantle the assembly. Standard elements can be reused to maximise cost-efficiency.”

Visitors to the stand can learn about the accompanying online CAD software and turnkey assembled options available, which are complemented with a broad range of tools and attachments to highlight the simple fastening techniques.

Automation support

There will also be examples of automation support from MiniTec UK, with a demonstration of a conveyor system equipped with a cobot (collaborative robot), a rotating table, workstations and iCAD Assembler software demonstrations available on request.
